Services held for drive-by shooting victim
Friends and family gathered Saturday to remember the life of 16-year-old Kiana James, the victim of a deadly shooting on the East Side last week.
Funeral services for James were held at Greater Tree Mount Baptist Church. She was three months pregnant at the time of the shooting.
James was shot on Friday, May 23 in a drive-by shooting that injured three others in the 600 block of Morningview Drive.
She died the next day at the hospital.
A suspect has been identified in the shooting, but has not yet been caught by authorities.
