Police release video, sketch of possible Medical Center attacker

Women being attacked, police say

SAN ANTONIO – Police have released a sketch artist's rendering and video of the man they believe is attacking woman in the Medical Center.

Police spokesman Sgt. Jesse Salame confirmed earlier this week that an unknown number of attacks have taken place in recent weeks at apartment complexes in the general area of Huebner and Babcock roads.

The alleged attacker is described as a black male, possibly in his early 20s, with dark brown eyes and high cheek bones and approximately 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall.

Police believe the man weighs between 140 and 160 pounds and was wearing a hoodie with a bandana around his neck.

In the video, the man is seen walking through an apartment parking lot.

Salame stopped short of calling that person a serial rapist.

Police are urging people to be aware of their surroundings.

Anyone with information about these attacks is asked to call police.
