According to police, the suspects were driving a stolen gray Kia Soul with the teen when she was for some reason kicked out of the vehicle. That’s when, police say, the girl was struck in the head with a handgun and then told to give up all her jewelry.

Police did not say exactly how the girl came to be inside the vehicle, or if she knew her attackers.

The suspects have not been found and police say they are still searching for those involved.

Crime Stoppers is willing to pay up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest.

Tips can be made by calling Crime Stoppers at 210-224-STOP, texting “Tip 127 plus your tip” to CRIMES (274637), or using the P3 Tips app. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
