That’s a wrap: Here are the 2025 BexarFest award winners

SAN ANTONIO – BexarFest has wrapped up another year of highlighting local high school students who collaborated with nonprofits to create videos and public service announcements to impact the San Antonio community.

The winners in various categories, from the People’s Choice Award to Best Sound, have been announced. Here is the list:

• Best Cinematography - Somerset High School
• Best Editing - East Central High School
• Best Sound - Harlandale High School
• Best Storytelling - Jefferson High School
• Most Creative - LEE High School
• Best Picture - Somerset High School
• Best Graphic Design - Judson Early College Academy (JECA)
• Best Animation - Southwest Legacy High School
• Best Photo Collection - Communication Arts High School, Team Sabogal
• Best Original Music - JECA
• Best BTS - Veterans Memorial High School
• Astound Scholarship, $1500 - Maya Kluger from STEM Academy at LEE High School
• Best Portfolio - JECA
