SAPD said the man had left his own home after a disturbance with a roommate or family members and expressed intent to harm himself.
The man eventually entered his truck and drove around until crashing into the home, police said.
A girl — whose age remains unclear — was inside the house at the time of the crash. Officers said some debris may have hit her.
No injuries were reported. At this time, it’s unclear whether officers ever found the man.
