Storm resilient design – a solar field, water system, human-made wetlands, native plants – helped Babcock Ranch, Florida, stand up to a powerful test.

While parts of Southwest Florida were decimated by Hurricane Ian, a community less than 50 miles from the coast looks like there was no storm at all.

"The only damage were a few downed trees and a few shingles off the roofs," Syd Kitson, developer of Babcock Ranch, told 60 Minutes.
