The U.K. government has announced plans to dismantle the remains of London’s Grenfell Tower.

The inquiry into Britain’s worst residential fire since World War II is releasing its final report on failings that led to deaths of 72 people at a high-rise apartment building in west London more than seven years ago.

The death toll in a fire that engulfed an apartment block in the Spanish city of Valencia has risen to nine as questions were raised about whether construction materials caused the fire to spread so rapidly.
