Actress Naya Rivera, who rose to fame in 'Glee,' dies at 33
NEW YORK Naya Rivera, a singer and actress who played a gay cheerleader on the hit TV musical comedy Glee, was found dead Monday in a Southern California lake. What a force you were, wrote Glee co-star Jane Lynch on Twitter. She is survived by her parents, Yolanda and George; a younger brother, Mychal; a sister, Nickayla; and her 4-year-old son. Naya Rivera was a fierce talent with so much more to do and this is such a terrible tragedy. In the preface to her autobiography, Rivera wrote that motherhood had changed her life and given it perspective.
Entertainment Tonight Wins Its 5th Daytime Emmy Award
Entertainment Tonight is now a five-time Emmy-winning show! The longest-running entertainment news program won the Outstanding Entertainment News Program award at the 47th Annual Daytime Emmys during Sunday's ceremony, which took place virtually due to the coronavirus pandemic and was broadcast on CBS. This is the first time the awards show has aired on a broadcast network since 2011, and the 14th time it has aired on CBS. Gwyneth Paltrows 14-Year-Old Son Moses Crashes Her Tonight Show Interview And Hes So Grown
Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin's son, Moses, is all grown up! The 14-year-old crashed his famous mom's Tuesday interview on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in a rare and adorable moment. "I'm doing all that I can, trying to stay happy by, like, I don't know, finding whatever's entertaining and just doing it," he says. And then I started doing guitar lessons again," Moses shares. Weinstein gets 23 years in sentence hailed by accusers
Harvey Weinstein arrives at a Manhattan courthouse as jury deliberations continue in his rape trial, Monday, Feb. 24, 2020, in New York. โAlthough this is a first conviction, this is not a first offense," Judge James Burke said in imposing the sentence. Both of the women Weinstein was convicted of assaulting told the court about the damage he did to them, and the empowerment they felt when testifying against him. Weinstein, who has maintained that any sexual activity was consensual, showed no reaction to the sentence. In the aftermath, more than 90 women, including Gwyneth Paltrow, Salma Hayek and other actresses, publicly accused Weinstein of sexual assault and sexual harassment.
