Denmark’s foreign minister has expressed cautious optimism about an agreement with the United States over Greenland in the wake of Donald Trump's announcement of a deal to bolster American military presence on the island.

From start to finish, a single sign made by the Public Works Department’s sign-making team could take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. The team produces thousands of signs for the City of San Antonio each year.

Greenland and Denmark appear cautiously relieved by the news that U.S. Vice President JD Vance and his wife are changing their itinerary for their visit to Greenland Friday.
