A rare perfect break of 147 at the world snooker championship has earned a lucky fan $33,000.

Local governments in Texas have spent the summer preparing their budgets for next year, wrestling with inflation and a law that prohibits them from raising property tax revenues beyond 3.5% without voter approval.

The store will be built at the corner of FM 1103 and Main Street on a 45-acre property that H-E-B has owned for more than a decade.
