Camp Mystic has announced that it plans to reopen one of its Texas sites, where 27 girls and counselors died in a flood.

As the Texas legislature debates a new camp safety bill, three Kerr County camps are pushing to have one part of the bill removed. They say the costs of moving cabins out of flood zones could cause them to close.
