Lake Dunlap and New Berlin volunteer fire departments said they will have to shut down within a year or so due to low funding following Guadalupe County’s recent proposed budget.

Guadalupe County residents are urged to exercise caution after multiple fires were reported in the area Tuesday afternoon, according to the New Berlin Volunteer Fire Department.
