Oscar Gonzalez hit a two-run single with two outs in the ninth inning, rallying the Cleveland Guardians to a 6-5 win over New York on Saturday night for a 2-1 lead in their AL Division Series. Gonzalez, a postseason hero just a week ago, lined a 1-2 pitch from Clarke Schmidt through the middle to score rookie Steven Kwan and Amed Rosario as the young Guardians, who have shown no fear during this storybook season, rallied once again and pushed the Yankees to the brink of elimination.

Radio-television-broadcasting freshman Fernando Lopez, also known as DJ Meltdown on the radio, played music on the first floor before bands were set up on the rooftop. Lopez has been DJing for about 15 years, but this was his first time spinning at Alt 2 Hunger. Members of the band are Romel Smith, bass guitarist; Lionel Ussin, drummer; Sunny Zamora, keyboard and vocalist; and Gregory Moreno, guitar and lead vocalist. This was their first time performing at Alt 2 Hunger and mostly played reggae music. Band members Christopher George, rhythm guitarist and lead vocalist; Rick Cantu, lead guitarist; Robbie Cruz, bassist; and Roger Torres, drummer, said they decided to participate because that thought Alt 2 Hunger is a great cause.
