SAN ANTONIO – A convicted sex offender accused of violating the sex offender registry has been missing -- and wanted -- since Oct. 2014. The US Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force is asking for help to find Joseph Anthony Hernandez, 21. "In October 2014, a warrant was issued for Hernandez's arrest after he allegedly failed to register as a sex offender and failed to report to his supervision officer," said Deputy Chris Bozeman. He was required to register as a sex offender, which includes reporting his address to police. Gross is wanted for indecency with a child by sexual contact. He has been wanted since June 2012 for two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
