We’ll call it Soup-er Tuesday (please don’t groan at my pun), and I hope you’ll tag along. For the very first week, we’re making Chrissy Teigen’s Parmesan Minestrone. They’re little soup scoopers and oh-so delish. I was skeptical that this recipe could really impress me much, just as a basic minestrone (I’m more of a meat and potatoes person), but it was really fantastic.
