GIRLS BASKETBALL: Johnson fends off Steele, advances to first UIL Class 6A Regional Tournament

Thanks to a valiant effort from senior Ja’Shelle Johnson, who played through injury and finished with a team-high 22 points, the Johnson girls basketball team defeated Steele and clinched the program’s first ever berth in the UIL Class 6A Regional Tournament. The Jaguars will next face Brennan in the Regional Semifinals on Friday night.
