Gage Goldberg played a huge role in Boerne Champion's UIL Class 5A Regional Semifinal series victory over Corpus Christi Ray this weekend, and he had a moment with his father, Bill Goldberg,on the field after the Chargers' Game 3 win. Meanwhile, Canyon softball returned to the state tournament for the first time since 2019 thanks in large part to a stellar pitching performance from Haley Carmona.
