Park visitors say it’s ‘scary’ seeing ICE officers at Phil Hardberger Park

Photos of ICE officers at Phil Hardberger Park prompted questions from some local residents in San Antonio. ICE said its officers routinely conduct law enforcement operations to protect the American public, but did not say whether any arrests were made at the park.
