Local nonprofit community mourning the loss of fellow homeless advocate

San Antonio nonprofits are mourning the loss of an advocate who worked tirelessly to help the homeless population across the city. Billy Mahone III was the senior director of strategic planning and partnerships for the South Alamo Regional Alliance for the Homeless. The organization, also called "SARAH" announced on Facebook that Mahone suddenly died at the age of 39.
