Camp Mystic emergency plan ‘insufficient,’ state says

Camp Mystic has 45 days to correct its emergency plan before the state will consider renewing its license to reopen the Cypress Lake location this summer, the Texas Department of Health and Human Services (DSHS) told the camp Thursday.
