KSAT presses CPS Energy for answers on gas explosions

The KSAT team has made repeated attempts to get information from CPS Energy about the apparent natural gas explosions and what led up to them. But the utility has largely washed its hands, saying the National Transportation Safety Board is leading the investigation and that updates will come from them. We even tried to approach the utility's CEO at a board meeting.
