DPS trooper among victims of NE Side man’s credit card skimmer scheme, affidavit says

Osvaldo Alvarez Benitez, 38, is accused of installing illegal credit card skimmers at gas stations across San Antonio. Investigators said he would use the stolen credit card information to fuel up his entire fleet of big rigs.
