A woman doing campaign work outside a west side San Antonio polling site says she watched as a DPS trooper pulled over a truck in the library parking lot — and within minutes, nine vehicles swarmed the scene with officers dressed in green. DPS says it was a traffic stop that led to a warrant arrest for burglary.
