Man fires gun at neighbors — deputies respond with deadly force

A man is dead after Kendall County sheriff's deputies shot and killed him early in the morning in a gated neighborhood. Deputies say the man — wearing only underwear — was firing a gun and aimed at a neighbor before they opened fire.
