Officers shoot and kill man who refused to drop his gun

San Antonio police have released body camera footage from a deadly officer-involved shooting that happened in the early morning hours of July 16th on Hammond Avenue near Rigsby Avenue. In the video, officers tried to stop 52-year-old Andrew Davila, who was riding a bicycle — and at one point, an officer used his patrol vehicle to knock Davila off the bike. Four officers then surrounded Davila on the ground, repeatedly ordering him to drop his gun. SAPD says he refused. That's when officers opened fire, killing him. A warning — this video is disturbing.
