Sweet talker, big steal: local woman's bank fraud nightmare

A San Antonio woman says a man called her out of the blue, claimed to be from USAA, and sweet-talked her into handing over her debit card to an Uber driver he sent to her door. Investigators say 26-year-old Haquilla Watson then went on a spending spree — racking up more than $14,000 in ATM withdrawals, money orders, and Apple Store purchases.
