Kerrville residents prepare for the storm

Kerrville families lined up at the Hill Country Youth Events Center to grab the city's final load of sandbags, 10 per household, bagged by volunteers, city staff and firefighters. One man told KSAT's Patty Santos he lives two minutes away on the river and water was already creeping into his garage. He wasn't taking any chances this time. Hundreds of bags were handed out the day before, and this community says it isn't used to prepping like this. See the scene inside the staging area and hear from the neighbors who showed up.
