SA Missions Baseball team takes a break to visit SeaWorld San Antonio

On Tuesday morning, the Missions Baseball team stepped away from the diamond in the middle of their season to get in the water with some Bottlenose Dolphins at SeaWorld San Antonio. The players fed the dolphins and asked the aquatic mammals to perform behaviors. They also gained insight into how the staff cares for the dolphins and SeaWorld’s rescue efforts. Beforehand was the challenging part: the SeaWorld staff had to find wetsuits to fit the Padres’ prospects.
