Join David Elder as he visits the newest restaurant in Southtown - Luna Rosa. The restaurant inhabits the former building of the popular Mexican restaurant Rosario’s. David meets with the owner, Iris Ornelas, to discuss Puerto Rican cuisine and help make Puerto Rican-style, fried red snapper.
