Woman, 22, killed in DWI crash on far West Side

Two-car fatality reported Tuesday night at Highway 151, Hunt Lane

SAN ANTONIO – A 22-year-old woman was killed Tuesday night in a two-vehicle crash that police blamed on a drunken driver.

Police said that Alberto Villegas Flores Jr., 22, was driving a Dodge Charger that ran a red light around 11:55 p.m. on the access road of Highway 151 at Hunt Lane and was struck by a Ford Fusion, which had a green light.

Alexandrea Johnson, 22, who was a passenger in the Dodge Charger, was transported to University Hospital, where she died, police said.

Flores was charged with intoxication manslaughter, police said.
