SAN ANTONIO – Alicia Barcena Ibarra, Mexico’s foreign secretary, visited the consulate in San Antonio on Friday. She is the first Mexican foreign secretary to visit the Alamo City in more than 20 years.
During her visit, she discussed how the U.S. and Mexico can work together to improve migration mechanisms.
