Sex slave probe detailed

Teen claims Bobby Moreno, his brother kidnapped, raped her

SAN ANTONIO – Investigators combed an East side crack house, looking for evidence that a 13-year-old runaway was there following her claim that she was kidnapped, raped repeatedly and sold for sex.

"We were looking for anything that might have proved that the victim was there," crime scene investigator Judith Henry testified Thursday in the trial of Bobby Moreno.

Moreno, 34, and his 49-year-old brother, Juan, were accused of kidnapping, human trafficking and super aggravated assault.

The men, both drug dealers, according to prosecutors, allegedly held the teen in their crack house for several days.

The teen told police she was tied to a bed and raped repeatedly by the pair. She said that they sold her for sex to other men in December 2007.

In December 2010, Juan Moreno was convicted and sentenced to four life prison terms without the possibility of parole.

Testimony in Bobby Moreno's trial began this week in 379th District Court.

The victim is expected to testify on Friday.
