Man accused of sucking woman's toes at Walmart

Police in North Carolina have arrested a man they say sucked a woman's toes at a Walmart after he convinced her he was a podiatry student and persuaded her to take off her shoes.

Michael Brown of Concord, N.C., is accused of misdemeanor assault.

According to WBTV, the woman says Brown approached her while she was trying on shoes in the Lincolnton, N.C., store.

WBTV reported Brown said he was training to be a foot doctor, had her take off her shoes and socks, took a picture of her feet and asked her to move her toes around. When she stuck out her foot, he grabbed it and sucked on a toe.

The woman told WBTV Brown then allegedly apologized and offered to buy her groceries if she kept the incident to herself, but she called police.

Detective Dennis Harris said Brown apparently tried the same thing at another Walmart 15 miles away, where he told a woman he was conducting a survey on the feet of different races and nationalities.

The second woman also agreed to take off her shoes, but left when the suspect asked her to remove her socks. Both confrontations happened Monday.
