A San Antonio Airman returned home just in time Saturday to surprise his wife for her birthday.
Blue Quintanilla thought her husband, Devin, was in Korea en route to Afghanistan.
Little did she know he was on his way home.
After a long journey, Devin made it to her birthday celebration and her entire family was in on the surprise.
"Getting back here was difficult, a lot of delays, but we made it," said Devin Quintanilla.
He has been in Korea for four months and before that he was in Afghanistan for eight months.
He will be home for three weeks before leaving on another eight month deployment.
