HAYS COUNTY, Texas – A second child has come forward and filed a complaint against a 20-year-old man on charges of sexual assault of a child, deputies said.

Deputies said the girl was 16 at the time the incident happened.

Authorities investigated the second complaint, in which a warrant was obtained for sexual assault of a child. On Friday, Batton turned himself in to the Sheriff's Office, deputies said.

Batton remains in Hays County Jail with a bond set at $150,000.

Deputies are asking anyone who believes they may have also been victimized by Batton to call the Hays County Sheriff's Office and file a report.
