North SA man wanted for sexually assaulting girl Primitivo Vazquez-Perez, 34, wanted on aggravated sexual assault charge
SAN ANTONIO – The United States Marshals are seeking a North Side man who they said had sex with a girl more than half his age.
Primitivo Vazquez-Perez, 34, was indicted in Bexar County on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
"The indictment alleged that Perez had sexual contact with a female child on multiple occasions," Deputy Chris Bozeman said Tuesday. "The victim was under the age of 14 years old when the first assault took place."
By the time investigators had a warrant for his arrest, Perez vanished.
"His last known place of residence was on the North Side of San Antonio," said Bozeman.
Perez has black hair and brown eyes. He's 5'7" tall and weighs around 150 pounds.
