Converse police help get exotic turtle home in time for pizza Animal found wandering neighborhood No description found
CONVERSE, Texas – He might not get around too fast, but that did not stop an exotic turtle from making a “run” for it Wednesday afternoon; and no it was not a scene out of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles."
The Converse Police Department posted about the wayward runaway on its Facebook page.
Converse police Office Schrauger intercepted the turtle before he could get too far and questioned the reptile.
The officer was able to get Michaelanglo home in time for pizza, the post said.
