SAPD to conduct bomb detonation training Wednesday on South Side

SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Police Department’s Bomb Squad will be conducting training exercises on Wednesday.

SAPD said detonations may be heard in the surrounding area, but there is no cause for concern.

The exercises will take place between 2:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. at the SAPD Training Academy, located off of Highway Loop 410 S and Moursund Blvd.
