City ozone levels violating federal air standards
No description foundSAN ANTONIO – The air we breathe might be in question.
Air monitor readings across the city show the San Antonio area is violating federal air standards.
The Alamo Area Council of Governments released a statement Monday saying that Friday the air quality exceeded the federal threshold.
AACOG said it is working with the city to adopt voluntary measures to help keep levels down.
Some of the easiest ways people can help: Carpooling, walking and biking all help lower emission levels.
