Eggo describes the new drink as a richly delicious rum-based liqueur with cinnamon and nutmeg flavor notes.

The breakfast company hopes the drink will “give grownups a unique way to L’Eggo of the holiday stress this season,” according to a news release.

“The holidays are exhausting for parents – from extra family responsibilities to the pressure of making the holidays perfect, parents rarely have any downtime for themselves,” said Marketing Director for Eggo Joe Beauprez. “We created Eggo Nog to give parents a delicious way to indulge in some well-deserved ‘evening me time.’

Beauprez recommends pairing the beverage with Eggo Thick & Fluffy waffles to help keep you warm and toasty through the holidays.

Eggo Nog will be available in select stores nationwide throughout the upcoming holiday season. Go online to find a retailer near you. You must be 21 or older to purchase.
