SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police warn residents about scammers impersonating law enforcement through phone calls.
The scammers contact people over the phone and say the police are investigating them.
To resolve the investigation, the scammers request payment, according to SAPD.
If you have potentially been scammed, contact SAPD’s nonemergency line at 210-207-7273.
