SAN ANTONIO – A man was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after being shot downtown, according to San Antonio police.
Officers responded to the shooting just before 4 a.m. Saturday on West Commerce Street and North Medina Street.
A 21-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound in the lower body, police said.
The man was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries due to the amount of blood lost, but is expected to survive, police said.
Officers were unable to locate a suspect.
Additional information was not immediately available. The investigation is ongoing.
