A public health alert has been issued for frozen Great Value dinosaur-shaped chicken nuggets due to lead contamination concerns, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).
A recall was not requested since the product is no longer available for purchase. However, FSIS remains concerned that the food could still be in some freezers.
