SAN ANTONIO – Crime Stoppers San Antonio is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest of the driver who fatally struck a man and drove off.
San Antonio police said 62-year-old Dorman Lynn Cranston was crossing the street at 6 a.m. on Sept. 15 in a marked crosswalk at a Loop 410 access road near Rigsby Avenue when he was hit by a car.
Cranston was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver did not stop to help, according to police.
SAPD released a photo of the suspect’s vehicle, which appears to be a silver sedan-style car.
Anyone with information about the crash or the driver is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 210-224-STOP.
The investigation is ongoing.
