Three people stabbed in child custody dispute at far west side home One victim fighting for their life
SAN ANTONIO – Three people were stabbed during a dispute over child custody around 3 a.m. Sunday.
Police said a father brought two other family members with him to pick up his children from their mother's home in the 6700 Block of Blue Oak Lane. When the father arrived, the kids' mother stabbed the father and his two relatives, police said.
One victim who was stabbed in the neck is in critical condition at University Hospital. The other two victims are in stable condition.
The kids were nowhere to be found following the dispute.
The suspect was taken into custody and is expected to be charged with three counts of aggravated assault.
