SAN ANTONIO – Today at 1 p.m., we learn about Southwest ISD’s school programs, Tony’s Siesta has a teacher appreciation event, space program for kids in Area 21, free seafood boil at Wurst Behavior and more.

Southwest ISD has a ton of great school programs and we chat with some of their students about these opportunities.

If you’re looking for fun with science, Area 21 within the San Antonio Museum of Science and Technology (SAMSAT) teaches kids the power of STEM. Plus, the WEX Foundation is supporting space programs in Area 21 where kids can learn about the future of space technology.

Tonight, Tony’s Siesta is hosting a teacher appreciation event, where a portion of Happy Hour sales will go to teacher wish lists!

For our deal of the day, Wurst Behavior is having a free seafood boil tonight starting at 7:30 p.m. while supplies last.
