SAN ANTONIO – After posting 718 yards passing, 469 yards rushing and 12 total touchdowns in six games last season, Central Catholic senior quarterback Sylas Gomez has already verbally committed to Army West Point, and he made the announcement on a special day over the summer July 4.

The Buttons will open their season on Friday, Aug. 27 at home against Southwest.
