A Hill Country property owner who used a hidden camera to secretly record guests in various states of undress inside his rental cabin was sentenced to one year in jail Friday in Kendall County District Court.
More than 2,100 images, many of which show people in various states of undress, have been recovered from a computer belonging to a Kendall County man accused of recording guests without their knowledge inside the bedroom of his Hill Country rental cabin.
A man accused of secretly taping guests at his Kendall County vacation rental home was arrested again this week and charged with two more counts of invasive visual recording, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.
A Jay Allee is charged with four counts of Invasive Visual Recording. Investigators believe there are more victims and say additional charges are expected.
