Shane Stolarczyk will become Kendall Countyโs next judge after he defeated Chris Taylor in Tuesdayโs Republican runoff election.Unofficial results from the Kendall County Elections Office as of 9 p.m. showed Stolarczyk garnered 3,867 votes, or 57.1 percent.
