Program employing hospitality workers impacted by COVID-19 will soon come to an end
San Antonio โ United Way of San Antonio and Bexar Countyโs program โGet Shift Done for San Antonioโ will end in just a few weeks, and some are worried about whatโs next. Along with the San Antonio Food Bank, other non-profits like Haven for Hope and Catholic Charities participated as well. That changed when โGet Shift Done for San Antonioโ connected her to the San Antonio Food Bank. The city of San Antonio also has the COVID-19 Workforce Recovery Program that aims to help city residents by connecting them with other job opportunities.
